You earn 1 reward point for every eligible dollar you spend. Every 10 reward points = 1 US dollar. Once you reach 100 points, you will be emailed a $10.00 gift certificate code. This is redeemable on your next purchase at movoc163.com.

REFER FRIENDS PROGRAM

If your friend follows the link in the email we send them and sign up for an account, you′ll earn 10 points when they place an order. You can do this for as many friends as you like! Just go to your account in the shopping cart and click on the "Refer Friends" link.

You get 5 points applied to your account for leaving a quality and original product review! Sorry, we only give up to 10 reward points for 2 separate reviews of unlike products :)

5 POINTS FOR A PHOTO WEARING YOUR MOVOC 16:3 GEAR

Post a tasteful and clear pic on our FaceBook fan page (by your bike ((or your friends bike)) , at bike night, etc. would be cool) and we′ll apply 5 points to your account. Sorry on this one too, we′re giving up to 10 reward points for 2 separate pics of unlike products too :) Also, please send us an email letting us know you posted a pic via our contact us page.

Your reward points will be credited to your account and made viewable in the "My Account" section of the shopping cart. Just log in with your email/password to view how many reward points you have accumulated.

Points are not earned on taxes or shipping charges. There is no limit to the amount of points you can earn!

Do You Offer A Military Discount?

Yes, we do! Actually, the CEO is in the military, understands the sacrifices made to protect this great nation and thanks everyone in the military for their services. In appreciation, military members receive a 15% discount on merchandise purchased through our website www.movoc163.com (discount not applicable to shipping charges). 

Just follow these steps:

1. Go to the contact us page and send us an email with the following info:

a. In the "Enter Name:" field, enter the words "MILITARY PRICING"

b. In the "Enter Email:" field, enter your MILITARY EMAIL ADDRESS.

c. In the "Message Here:" field, enter your FIRST NAME, LAST NAME and MILITARY EMAIL ADDRESS.

2. After we confirm your military email, we′ll send an email with a discount code to your military email address.

3. Enter this code in the "coupon code" field on the checkout page in the shopping cart and your discount will be applied to your total merchandise amount. (excludes shipping)

Do you ship to military addresses?

We proudly ship orders placed by or placed for our troops through the military APO / FPO system. These orders are shipped through the U.S. Post Service (USPS).

We ship orders outside of the United States, however, not to every country. Please email us prior to your order to see if we can ship to a particular country.


What are your shipping options and costs?

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $100! (contiguous 48 US states and military APO/FPO addresses)

$7.00 FLAT RATE SHIPPING VIA USPS ON ALL ORDERS UNDER $100 (contiguous 48 US states and military APO/FPO addresses) 

The shipping costs vary depending on the method of shipment you select and the total value of your order. The total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. We mainly ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail, UPS and FedEx. We ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail for military APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes.

Ship out Timeframes

We ship orders within 1-2 business days from the date of the order for items that are in stock, unless otherwise notified. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. If an item is on backorder, we will notify you immediately.

Please note that the following reasons can delay or affect the ship out times. These situations involve finding more information or providing proof of identity while others can result in your order to be cancelled. Please see question "What method of payment to you accept?" for more about credit/debit card payments.
Some situations are:
• Different billing & shipping addresses entered
• Past history of fraud or chargeback has been assigned
• Inability to verify billing address information (i.e. non US credit cards)

We ship orders to PO Boxes through the USPS.

You can track your package through live real-time tracking with USPS, FedEx and UPS, when applicable. This information will be provided online with your order information, if made available by the shipping carrier.

Please be advised that package tracking cannot be used for orders shipping to a PO Box or an APO/FPO address.

How do I place an order other than through your website?

What is your return and exchange policy?

All items purchased online must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of customer receipt of merchandise. It must be in resalable condition and include its original packaging with tags attached, to ensure credit.

                                                       IMPORTANT NOTES

• Resalable Condition is where the item has not been altered from its original form in any way, used or damaged due to accidents, destruction, abuse or misuse by the customer. This includes merchandise without stains, rips or tears, use of any cleaning agents, or the addition of any silkscreen, embroidery or any other embellishment process by the customer.

• Customers are responsible for all original and return shipping costs unless the product(s) received was damaged, defective or the result of a shipping error.

• All shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept Cash On Delivery (COD)

• In the event of a refund for a non-defective or non-damaged item, we charge a $5.00 processing fee. This small fee is deducted from the refund and helps to cover packaging, processing and payment processing fees associated with a return rather than pass these costs to every customer.

• We charge a $5.00 processing fee for exchanges that are not for the same item in a different size. Exchanges will be initiated based on product availability.

• We guarantee your satisfaction against manufacturer defects or damage. We will replace a defective or damaged item with a replacement or an item of equal value.

• You will be refunded the shipping costs if the original product(s) received was damaged, defective or the result of a shipping error.

• We recommend that you return your item via an insured and traceable carrier service. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. We consider an item returned when it has reached its final delivery point at Movoc 16:3.

• Items purchased online at www.movoc163.com can only be returned to the online site at www.movoc163.com.

• All items purchased at a physical retail location must be brought back to that store. At this time, you cannot return an item purchased online at www.movoc163.com to a physical retail location.

• We will initiate any refund or exchange once we have receipt of the item.

Steps To Return an Item For Exchange Or Refund:

1. Contact us so we can provide you with an RMA number and instructions.

2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging.

3. Enclose the original invoice or packing slip, the item and a brief note explaining the reason for return or exchange.

• If you no longer have or misplaced your original invoice or packing slip, please provide us with the order number, billing name and address, e-mail address, phone number and a brief note explaining the reason for return or exchange.

4. Send the return package to the following address:

Refund/Credit of Payment

• We will process your refund/exchange within 30 days of our receipt of the returned items. Credit card companies vary in the time it takes for a credit to appear on your monthly statement. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

• Excluding money orders, all refunds will be credited to the payment form used for the original purchase. All refunds on purchases made by money order will be made by check and mailed out within 15 business days of receipt of a returned item(s).


When do you charge my credit/debit card?

We charge your credit/debit card upon placing your order unless the item(s) is out of stock, on backorder or no longer available.


Do I pay any sales tax?

Online retailers are required to charge state and local sales tax on orders shipped to states where the company has physical presence. This also includes phone orders shipped into these states. At this time, Movoc 16:3 has physical presence in Tennessee. If an order is shipped to Tennessee, we are required to charge applicable sales taxes.


What methods of payment do you accept?

We currently accept credit cards and debit cards from Visa and Mastercard.

We also accept:

• Money Orders (a form of payment that can be purchased through a Western Union, a bank or the US Postal Service).

• Payments through Paypal and Google Checkout.

We do NOT accept:

• Personal checks, cash, Cash on Delivery (COD) or lay-away plans.

For your safety and security, please ensure that your billing name and address matches the credit card being used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.


What are the benefits of registering an account online?

The benefit of having a registered account on is having the ability to track shipments, view past orders, and quickly access your shipping and billing information with a username and password. You can also access your online account at any time to add, delete or change information. You can sign in as a guest, however, you won′t have the benefit of storing information concerning your account on our site.
